Our beer is brewed using artesian spring water from historic wells in Minneapolis to produce beer that is better in a hard to describe way. We want guests to experience our beer—not just its aromas and taste—but the feelings it evokes in each of us: a sense of adventure and comradery. As a brewery, we hope to be part of that experience and enhance it with great service.
