Utepils Brewing VIPer MemBEERship Referral Contest Rules & Regulations

 

Eligibility and Proof of Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents only. Entrants must be 21 years or older. Eligibility is based upon the completed sale of a minimum of 12 (twelve) VIPer memBEERships. Only one entry per person allowed. Must have valid email and street address no P.O. boxes accepted. Winner will be required to provide proof of eligibility. Valid U.S. Passport is required for travel.

 

Deadlines, Winner Selection and Notification to Winner

Entries must be received by September 30, 2016. Winner who refers the most VIPers will be selected from all entries received on or around October 15, 2016. If there is a tie, a random drawing will be conducted to choose the winner. Contestant winner will be notified by phone and email. Confirmed winner will be posted on this website as soon as possible.

 

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.

 

Prizes and Values

Round-trip coach airfare to chosen location for Utepils Brewings first-annual beer-cation for one person will be provided from any major U.S. airport. Travel insurance is not included. Travel must be completed within the Utepils Brewing trip parameters. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are nontransferable and are not valid with any other offer. Winner is responsible for all applicable meals, taxes and surcharges for all prizes. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of comparable value in the event that a prize is not available at the time of redemption.

 

Promotional Release

Winner will be required (except where prohibited by law) to complete and sign a waiver allowing the use of his/her name and/or image in all future promotions of Utepils Brewing, including (but not limited to) promotions in print, digital publications and on our websites, as related to this sweepstakes.

 

Causes for Disqualification and Alternate Winner

Falsifying any information in an entry or the required proof-of-eligibility documents will disqualify the entry for that person. Failure to provide proof of eligibility, failure to respond to at least one of the notification methods within 72 hours (three days) of notification, and inability to claim the prizes will result in an alternate winner being randomly selected from the remaining entrants and could delay the announcement of the winner.

 

Governing Law

By entering, entrant agrees that all issues regarding these rules, their validity and their enforcement, as well as the rights and obligations of the sponsors and entrants, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota (except where prohibited by law). All suits or claims brought in connection with this sweepstakes must be brought in a state or federal court in Minneapolis, MN. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.
