You've probably heard of beer & yoga, this is similar but martial arts & self defense focused.
No previous experience is necessary. Open to all genders. Ages 18+ (Must be 21 or older to redeem your beer at the end of class).
This is a basic introductory class and is intended to give you a snapshot of what Okinawan Karate and self defense is all about.
