An event every week that begins at 10:45 am on Saturday, repeating until July 1, 2018

Grab your mat and join us for a 60-minute kickass workout every Saturday at Utepils Brewing. HIIT the Taps is 30 minutes of calorie burning high intensity interval training followed by a 30 minute deep stretching session. Keep the good vibes rolling by enjoying a complimentary pint of beer (or non-alc option like kombucha) post workout.

⚬ When: 10:45am class, 11:45pm pint. Arrive ten minutes ahead to pay and grab your spot.

⚬ Where: Utepils Brewing, 225 Thomas Ave N

⚬ Workout Cost: $10 cash or Venmo

⚬ Bring your own mat, water and towel

⚬ As the sponsor for this workout, we are offering all participants a free week at The Aviary if they’ve never been before.

**This is NOT an aerial workout, but it will be taught by expert HIIT instructors that also happen to work at The Aviary.
