Yes! As of July 1, 2022, the state of Minnesota legalized products that contain hemp-derived tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the primary intoxicant found in cannabis plants. Products may contain no more than 5 mg per serving and no more than 50 mg per package.
Bandwagon contains 4 mg of hemp-derived THC per 16 oz serving, or one(1) serving per can.
