Pilsner Italiano was born when an Italian Brewer wanted to make a German-style Pilsner. In the end, he decided that he missed his mark, and decided to dry-hop it and leave it unfiltered. "Tipopils" (Kind of Pils) is what he called what we now know as Italian Style Pilsner. A clean, balanced, light-bodied beer with subtle hop complexities and a semi-dry finish.
