Skรถlsch is a special edition of our bright, straw-colored copacetic koฬlsch. It is brewed with barley grown near Koฬln, Germany, home of the Koฬlsch style. A careful balance of soft malt and little bitterness makes for a very clean, medium-light beer that sips easily.
