Turbo Taco is about fresh and sustainable. Our tacos are stuffed with only the best and freshest ingredients that we can find. They look amazing and taste even better. We are not just your ordinary “street taco truck”. We are inspired by the Southern California surfing communities. You can picture our truck being at a local beach serving to the local surfers after a long day on the water. Our ‘Surf’ selections include everything from our Signature ‘Turbo Taco’, which is fresh beer battered Cod, to our lump Crab cake popper tacos, to Halibut and marinated grilled shrimp. Our ‘Turf’ selections include Slowly Braised Pork, Rotisserie Chicken, Marinated Steak and our walking taco served in a Doritos bag with Mexican Ground Beef and all the fixings.
