We know you’re excited to attend, but with anything new, you’ll likely have some questions. No worries! We have you covered. See below for commonly asked questions, or contact us, so we can help you get the info you need.
Q: Do you need to be at least 21 to attend this event?
A: Nope! This concert series is open to all age groups. That means you don’t need to find a sitter this weekend. Kids and grandkids are welcome. Just remember you need to be at least 21 years old to enjoy Utepils beer.
Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event. We know you love your pets, but we also think you deserve a night out on the town. We do, however, permit service animals!
Q: Will there be food available onsite?
A: Yes! You’ll definitely want to bring your appetite to these events. We’ll be featuring local vendors and food trucks, where you can purchase mouthwatering foods and treats.
Q: Will shows be canceled due to rain?
A: Come rain or shine, the show will go on! Be sure to check the weather forecast, so you know what to wear. As we have with past events, we’ll be sure to have a few tents throughout the area to block out any impending rain.
Q: Will there be non-alcoholic beverage options?
A: Absolutely. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from local food trucks and vendors.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Smoking won’t be allowed in the concert area, but we do have a designated smoking area onsite. This includes vaping.
Q: Is re-admittance allowed?
A: No. As our goal is to provide a safe environment for guests and their families to enjoy some live music and great food, we will not permit re-admittance into the concert area. Once you leave, you can’t come back in.
Q: Can I bring my own water?
A: Yes! We want everyone to stay hydrated. Just remember that plastic water bottles MUST be sealed. We do not allow pre-filled water bottles or containers from home. You are welcome to bring an empty container and fill it with water at our water filling station. It’s free!
Q: Can I bring a backpack?
A: No. We will not permit any backpacks or large bags at this event. If you’re bringing a purse or smaller bag, you will need to stop at our security checkpoint prior to entering the venue.
Just remember that this is all for you and everyone’s safety. We want you to have the best time and relax with some peace of mind!
Q: Is free parking available?
A: Limited parking is available nearby and ticket-purchasers will be emailed with additional parking and general concert information closer to each show.
We highly recommend getting a rideshare, carpooling with friends, or riding your bike to this event. It’s good for the environment and means you won’t have to deal with the hassle of parking.
